Harbor is an online greeting card retailer operating at harborcards.com, based in the United Kingdom. References to "we", "us" and "our" throughout these terms refer to Harbor.

By placing an order on our website you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• The personal and payment details you provide are accurate and complete

• You are authorised to use the payment method provided

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. A contract between you and Harbor is formed only when we send your order confirmation email.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown separately at checkout.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of placing your order.

All Harbor cards are produced individually to your specification, including your chosen greeting language. As personalised products, they are exempt from the standard 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged or incorrectly printed goods.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances outside our control, including postal service disruptions, extreme weather or customs processing for international orders.

If your order arrives damaged, contains a print defect, or is not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@harborcards.com within 14 days of receipt, including your order number and a clear photograph showing the issue.

We will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion. We may require the defective item to be returned before a refund is issued.

Because our cards are printed to order, we are unable to cancel or amend an order once production has begun. If you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order, we will do our best to cancel it before it enters production.

Please review your order carefully — including the selected language — before completing your purchase.

All card designs, artwork, photography, copy and branding on this website are the intellectual property of Harbor. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harbor's liability to you in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from your use of our site or products.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or your purchase shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
